Gift Certificates are sent via email, and they include a promotion number that can be used as credit against purchases in the Eco-Doll store. You choose whether we send it direct to the lucky recipient, or send it to you so you can print it out and give it to them. If you want it sent direct to the recipient, just enter their details under the “shipping address” when you go through the checkout. Make sure to include their email address.
You can select to include a standard message such as “Happy Birthday”, or add a customised message by entering text in the “Comments” box near the bottom of the checkout details screen. Read more
Eco-Doll wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online:
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the things and documentation that were included when you received it.
- Ship your item back to Eco-Doll post address mantioned in your parcel documents. Read more
Yes, sure. a gift wrapping service which you can select during the checkout process for only an extra €3.50. Your purchase will be gift wrapped and we will include recycled gift tag with your personal message. Just include your personal message in the box provided at checkout and we’ll do the rest!

Please note: The cost of €3.50 is per one gift wrap only so you need to choose gift wrapping more than once for multiple items wrapped individually.

In general, all customers have 14 days to money back (please, see our Return Policy), but in addition to this, we can offer Postpayment (provided by Nova Poshta delivery service).
