Where Do We Deliver?
We deliver to Ukraine & Worldwide addresses via Ukrainian Post, DHL & Nova Poshta.
Orders will be dispatched within 24hrs (excluding weekends) upon receiving the order and payment, unless we are waiting for stock in which case you will be advised.
You will receive a despatch email from Eco-Doll or Nova Poshta, DHL or Ukrainian Post with a tracking number to track your parcel. If for some reason you are not home when the item is delivered… Fastway will leave a card asking you to call them to reschedule the delivery time. Any Post will leave a card and you will need to pickup your order from your nearest Post Office.
Our couriers can only leave parcels at the delivery address only if specifically requested by customer; however Eco-Doll takes no responsibility for unattended items.
Kiev and all big cities in Ukraine: 1-2 working days
Rural region of Ukraine: 2-3 working days
Europe: 2 – 4 working days
UK: 4 – 7 working days
USA, Canada, Australia: 7 – 14 working days
Please note: These are only approximate delivery times and during busy times like Christmas, deliveries may take longer.
Express Post Orders (DHL):
Express post orers delivered to Worldwide addresses are a high rate charge (to be confirmed exactly at time of delivery, but keep into consideration amount not less than €150. Express Post orders for all locations can be placed by emailing us your order and full delivery address to firstname.lastname@example.org
Eco-Doll uses Nova Poshta for delivery all over Ukraine and Ukrainian Post to all other locations (if Express Post Order/DHL was not mentioned in customer’s order) to ensure safe & secure delivery of your parcel. All parcels require a customer signature upon delivery and can be tracked with a customer reference number so you can be rest assured that your parcels will get to you safely.

For extra large items in more remote & international areas, Eco-Doll may require additional payment to cover postage costs and customers will be immediately advised if this is the case.
Shop online and pick up your order from your nearest Nova Poshta. Eco-Doll offer free local delivery by Nova Poshta Ukrainian wide (because we have our own paper-boxes and the weight of parcels as the rule is less than 500 gramm – so, you do not have additional cost for delivery and can pick parcel locally.

Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day from the comfort of your home.
TELEPHONE orders can be placed by calling +380443617894 during our business hours. However ordering online is the most efficient method of shopping with Eco-Doll.
If your order contains a product we are waiting to arrive in stock, we may hold your order for 3-4 days. If it will take any longer then we will contact you to advise you of the delay.
Eco-Doll accepts VISA, Mastercard, Paypal and direct deposit as payment options for online orders. Ukrainian customers can use Cash on Delivery at the Nova Poshta office (when parcel is arrived). For more details about Payment, please visit Payment Details page
Our e-commerce system uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) by COMODO to ensure your shopping experience is safe, sound and secure at all times.
Orders that have not been paid for within 3 days are cancelled.
Order & Return Policy:
We want our customers to be happy with the toys purchased from us. If for some reason the toys are not what you expected then please contact us to discuss the matter.
If they are returned in their original packaging and in new condition then we will be happy to offer you a store credit minus the postage costs.
If the product is faulty then we will either replace or refund it and we will pay the postage costs.
You must return the item within 14 days of receiving it in order to receive an exchange, store credit or refund. If the 14 days period has passed then please contact us to discuss the matter further.
Registered Post & Loss And Damage During Delivery:
Eco-Doll checks all toys to make sure they are in good condition and not faulty prior to packaging and every item is packaged with great care.
Ukrainian Post, Nova Poshta & DHL are reliable delivery services, however sometimes mishaps can occur. If a package is delayed, arrives damaged or not at all please contact us immediately by email or phone and we will do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied with our products.
Packaging / Gift Wrapping:
At Eco-Doll we care about the environment so all of our packaging is recycled from local businesses and we ask that you also keep reusing it where you can.
We also provide a gift wrapping service which you can select during the checkout process for only an extra €3.50. Your purchase will be gift wrapped and we will include recycled gift tag with your personal message. Just include your personal message in the box provided at checkout and we’ll do the rest!
Some of our larger products we cannot giftwrap due to their size, these do not display the option for gift wrapping.
Please note: The cost of €3.50 is per one gift wrap only so you need to choose gift wrapping more than once for multiple items wrapped individually.
